摘    要:本文采用二乙基亚硝胺诱发大鼠肝纤维化,定期进行肝活检,着重观察了Ito细胞(IC)的动态改变及其与肝纤维化发生的关系。结果表明:在肝纤维化的发生发展过程中,IC明显增生,合成胶原蛋白沉积于Disse腔内,并逐步过渡为成纤维细胞;增生的IC主要分布于小叶周边,纤维间隔及邻近间隔的肝小叶内;实验后期,IC指数明显下降,可能与IC转变为成纤维细胞有关,这种转变纤维间隔比小叶内更明显。

Abstract:In the present study, liver fibrosis of rats was induced by the use of diethylnitrosamine(DEN). And through liver biopsies at certain intervals, we observed primarily the sequential changes of Ito cells(ICs) and their relation to the genesis of liver fibrosis. It was found that in the course of the genesis and development of liver fibrosis, ICs underwent marked proliferation with collagen deposition in Disse's space and gradual transition to fibroblasts. The proliferated ICs are mainly distributed in the peripheries of the lobule,fibrous septa and the area adjacent to fibrous septa.In end stage of the experiment, IC indices decrease strikingly, which may be due to the transition of ICs to fibroblasts. Such changes are more salient in fibrous septa than in lobule.
