| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨DIC患者的救治方法及时机，以期找到更合理、更有效的治疗方法，以挽救产妇的生命。方法：对14例DIC患者的抢救经过进行回顾性分析。结果：14例DIC患者8例存活，6例死亡。结论：充分认识凝血纤溶像在DIC患者术中术后的作用，适量、合理地使用肝素及凝血因子是提高抢救成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the method and opportunity of treatment of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC),and try to find out more reasonable and effective way for DIC.Methods: The author retrospected the experience in the treatment of 14 cases of DIC.Results: Of 14 cases,8 survived,and 6 died.Conclusion: The key to successful treatment is to have a full understanding of the importance of coaguloram and to apply heparin,coagulation agents and fibrinogen properly. |
