乳腺癌增殖细胞核抗原表达及其临床意义

目的：检测乳腺癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）蛋白的表达及其与临床病理指标的关系.方法： 应用免疫组化S-P法检测76例乳腺癌石蜡切片中PCNA的表达,并与临床病理指标行相关性分析.结果： 76例乳腺癌组织中PCNA阳性表达率为78.9%.其中肿瘤≥3 cm者PCNA阳性表达率为90.4%（37/41）,〈3 cm者PCNA阳性表达率为65.7%（23/35）,两者差异显著（P〈0.01）.淋巴结转移组PCNA阳性表达（86.7%）明显高于淋巴结未转移组（67.7%）,两者差异显著（P〈0.05）.并且随着肿瘤组织学分级的增高,PCNA阳性表达率明显增高（P〈0.05）. 结论： PCNA表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展关系密切,是乳腺癌患者预后判定有价值的生物学指标.

Expression and Significance of PCNA Protein in Breast Cancer

Objective: To explore the protein expression of PCNA in breast cancer tissues and its relation to the clinico-pathological parameters and prognosis.Methods: Expressions of PCNA in paraffin-fixed tissue sections collected from 76 patients with breast cancer were detected by SP immuno-histochemical stainning.Results: The expression rate of PCNA protein was 78.9%.It was correlated to tumor size of breast cancer(P<0.01).The positivity rate of PCNA expression in cases with lymphogenous metastasis(39/45)was significantly higher than that with non-lymphogenous metastasis(21/31)(P<0.05).With the increase of histological grade the positivity rate of PCNA expression increased(P<0.05).Conclusion: The exprssion of PCNA was closely linked to the clinico-pathological parameters and prognosis of breast cancer,and should be considered to a certain extent as an index of malignant degree and prognosis.
