| 摘 要： | １９８１年至１９９２年收治鼻咽癌２０３例，男１６０例，女４３例，平均年龄４７岁。Ｉ期７例，Ⅱ期８４例，Ⅲ期７２例，Ⅳａ期３４例，Ⅳｂ期６例。总的５年生存率为５１．４％（７２／１４０）。各期５年生存率：Ｉ期１００％，Ⅱ期７６．２％，Ⅲ期３６．６％，Ⅳａ期１６％，Ⅳｂ期０。血行转移为主要死亡原因，占死亡病例８１％（４２／５２）。颈部淋巴结转移程度与血行转移有直接关系，Ｎ３组血行转移率高达８６．９％（２
