| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染引起脑炎的临床特点及诊疗。方法：对14例以脑炎为首发疾病的小儿肺炎支原体感染进行回顾性分析。结果：临床诊断的14例患儿给予足疗程红霉素及对症治疗后，10例治愈，3例好转，1例死亡。结论：肺炎支原体感染首发症状多样，因此，在肺炎支原体感染流行高峰期间，如遇脑炎患儿，应查肺炎支原体抗体，以期早期诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To discuss the clinical characteristic, diagnosis and therapy of the encephalitis by mycoplasma pneumonia infections, Methods： Forteen children with mycoplasma pneumonia infections, which first clinical manifestation was encephalitis were retrospectively, analyzed Results： Ten of them were cured, 3 of them got better improvement and 1 of them died with right therapy. Conclusions： The first symptoms of mycoplasma pneumonia infections are multifarious. In the high prevalent period of mycoplasma pneumonia infections, MP-IgM should be checked to the child with encephalitis in order to give them early diagnosis and therapy. |
