高温高湿环境下运动后人体血红蛋白和红细胞比容的改变

摘    要:目的研究在高温高湿环境下运动对人体血红蛋白和红细胞比容的影响情况.方法随机选择90名南沙巡防区战士,分成老战士组、新战士组、新战士服药组3组,在高温高湿环境下20min内跑步3000m,分别抽血测定跑步前后的血红蛋白和红细胞比容的改变.结果跑步前3组战士之间血红蛋白和红细胞比容的结果没有显著差别,而跑步后3组之间血红蛋白和红细胞比容的结果有显著差别.结论高温高湿环境下运动对人体血红蛋白和红细胞比容有较大的影响,由于新老战士在高温高湿环境生活的时间长短不一样,因而他们对高温高湿环境表现的耐受力和适应情况不同,而且口服乌拉地尔片剂可以明显减小运动前后的血红蛋白和红细胞比容改变.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of postexercise human hemoglobin and hematocrit in hot and humid environment. Methods 90 soldiers were randomized into 3 groups (senior soldier group, junior soldier group, and group of junior soldier taking medicine), all running for 3000 m within 20 min in hot and humid environment. Their hemoglobin and hematocrit were observed before and after the exercise. Results There were no significant differences before the exercise but significant differences after the exercise in hemoglobin and hematocrit between the 3 groups. Conclusion Hot and humid environment has district effect on postexercise hemoglobin and hematocrit of human. The time span of staying in hot and humid environment decides their tolerance and adaptability. Oral administration of urapidil can significantly decrease the postexercise alteration of hemoglobin and hematocrit.
