| Abstract: | PTEN discovered in 1997 is a tumor-suppressor gene with a dual-specificity phosphatase activity. PTEN is frequently mutated in a variety of human cancers,including breast cancers.Here,We plan to give a review about the recent developments in the study of PTEN and its relation with breast cancer. |
