粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子在重症肺部感染机械通气中的作用

目的探讨粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（GM-CSF）在重症肺部感染机械通气中的作用，评价其安全性及有效性。方法重症肺部感染行机械通气治疗的患者50例，随机分为两组：对照组（25例）采用常规治疗，治疗组（25例）在常规治疗的基础上，给予GM-CSF 3μg/（kg·d）治疗。分别评价两组患者的体温恢复时间、抗生素应用时间、感染并发症及呼吸机使用时间等。结果治疗组与对照组平均抗生素应用时间分别为（9±3）d和（13±5）d（P〈0．05），感染并发症发生例数分别为6例和16例（P〈0．05）；平均呼吸机使用时间分别为（4±2）d和（7±3）d（P〈0．05）。结论GM-CSF是一种安全有效的治疗手段，可缩短重症肺部感染行机械通气治疗患者的病程，改善预后。

Effects of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor on severe pulmonary infectious patients with mechanical ventilation

Objective To study the efficacy of biofeedback combined with drugs in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods A total of 145 patients who had been diagnosed as chronic prostatitis were divided into two groups according to NIH classification system for prostatitis.The control group(n=60)received the general drugs,while the treatment group(n=85) received the treatment of biofeedback therapy in addition to the general drugs.The efficacy was evaluated by the NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI) and the WBC count in EPS after the treatment.Results The overall NIH-CPSI scores were averagely reduced by 16.31 scores in treatment group and 10.12 scores in control group,and the symptom scores were averagely reduced by 12.51 scores in treatment group and 7.67 scores in control group,there were significant difference in reducing between two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rates were 90.6% in treatment group and 66.7% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback combined with drugs in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis and nonbacterial prostatitis is effective and safe.The patients have good compliance with the therapy.
