无创正压通气在急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征的临床应用

目的　探讨无创正压通气对急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征患者的临床应用。方法　对 4 2例中间综合征患者使用无创正压通气治疗 2 4h前后患者的生理指标和部分血气指标进行对比分析。结果　治疗后患者呼吸频率、心率、动脉血二氧化碳分压较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,动脉血氧分压较治疗前明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,平均动脉压治疗前、后无显著差异。结论　无创正压通气是治疗中间综合征的一种理想的通气模式。

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF NON-INVASIVE POSITIVE PRESSURE VENTILATION TO THE TREATMENT OF INTERMEDIATE SYNDROME OF ACUTE ORGANOPHOSPHORUS PESTICIDE POISONING

Objective To explore the clinical effects of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV) on the intermediate syndrome acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods Contrast analyses of the physiological indexes and some of the blood gas indexes were made after the 42 cases of intermediate syndrome underwent NIPRV for 24hours.Results The frequency of breathing,the heart rate and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood were significantly reduced after the treatment(P<0.05),While the partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen was raised significantly (P<0.05).No significant differences average artery pressure were discovered before and after the treatment.Conclusion NIPPV has proven to be an ideal therapy in treating intermediate syndrome of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
