| 摘 要： | 目的:中西医结合治疗踝部骨折156例进行随访分析,探讨中西医结合治疗踝部骨折治疗效果。方法:经手法复位,夹板固定,袜套悬吊牵引,按骨折3期辨证治疗。结果:128例得到随访,随访最长7年,最短8个月,平均3·4年,优良90例占70%,尚可22例占17%,差16例占13%。结论:骨折愈合快,功能恢复好,患者痛苦少,医疗费用低。

| Abstract: | Objective :156 cases of ankle fracture treated with Chinese and western medicine. Ankle fracture between 1995 Jun. to 2004 Jun.were follow up. Methods:Diaplasis by technique and splint,traction with hose,according to cure of three phases. Results:128 cases were follow up 8 months to 7years (average 3.4 years). Of all the cases, 90 were fine(70%), 22 were ecumenic(17%),16 were bad(13%). Conclusion: Quite cure, good function, a few suffering, a low fee. |
