心理护理干预对抑郁症患者康复的影响

目的 观察心理护理干预对抑郁症患者康复的影响.方法 将86例抑郁症患者按入院的先后顺序随机分为两组,对照组给予常规的治疗护理.研究组在常规治疗护理外进行8周系统的护理干预.采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评定.出院1年进行随访.结果 心理干预前两组(HAMD)评分无统计学差异(P＞0.05),护理干预8周末,研究组HAMD评分明显低于对照组,服药依从性明显高于对照组,具有非常显著的统计学意义(P＜0.01).1年后研究组复发率明显低于对照组.结论 住院期间对患者实施相应的心理护理干预可提高疗效及服药的依从性,降低复发率.

Effect of Psychological Nurse Intervention on Recover of Patients with Depression

Objective To explore the efficacy of psychological nursing intervention on recover of patients with depression. Methods 86 inpatients with depression were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was given only routine nurse and the study group was given systemic pyschologcal nurse intervention additional to routine nurse for 8 weeks. The efficacy was measured with hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and followed up for 1 year. Results There was no significant difference on HAMD ratings before the intervention between two groups (P>0.05). There were significantly lower HAMD ratings and higher compliance of drug use in the study group than in the control group at 8 weekend of nurse intervention (P<0.01). Therelapse rate of the study group was the significant lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Psychological nurse intervention on inpatients with depression can improve efficacy and compliance to drugs and reduce relapse rate.
