FLAIR成像技术在脑缺血疾病中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨快速液体衰减反转恢复(FAST FLAIR)序列在脑部疾病诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:54例脑缺血性疾病患者同时行T_2加权FSE序列和FLAIR序列检查。结果:FLAIR序列显示异常信号病灶213个,T_2加权FSE序列显示异常信号病灶162个,而且前者比后者边界显示清晰。结论:FLAIR序列在发现病灶数目,病灶与周围脑实质的对比度明显优于T_2加权FSE序列。FLAIR序列在脑缺血性疾病诊断中的有较高的价值

Abstract:Purpose: To study the value of FLAIR in cerebral diseases.Materials and Methods: 54 patients of cerebral diseases were ferfonned FLAIR and T_2-weighted fast spinecho sequence prospectively and a comparative study of T_2-weighted and FLAIR imaging was made.Results: FLAIR sequence demonstrated 213 foci of lesions,whereas T_2-weighted showed 162 foci of lesions.The former was more sen- sitive than the later.Conclusion: FLAIR sequence is superior to T_2-weighted in the detection of cerebral lesions.FLAIR has been suggested to be a routine imaging sequence of choice in the brain an important value in diagnosing brain disease.
