| 摘 要： | 本实验用硫酸锰(A、R、)对大、小鼠进行腹腔染毒,以观察锰的毒性作用。结果表明锰可使骨髓微核率升高,淋巴细胞减少,微量元素铁、锌、铜等也有所改变。上述指标是否可作为锰中毒的诊断参考,尚需进一步研究。

| Abstract: | We investigated the toxic effect of manganese on mice and rats injected with manganous sulfate(A.R.)intraperitaneally.The results revealed that the manganese increased the micronucleus rate of bone marrow,decreased the lymphocyte counts,and gave rise to changes of trace elements such as Fe,Zn,and Cu in serum.Whether or not these changes can serve as diagnostic referrence for manganese poisoning requires a further investigation. |
