| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of breast carcinoma in situ(CLS).Methods The clinical date of 8 cases of breast CIS were analyzed retrospectively.Results clustered microcalcifications on molybdenum target radiograph preoperatively were found in 5 cases,bloody nipple discharge from one duct orifice in 3 cases,and local hyperplasia in 4 cases.Diagnosis was confirmed during the operation by intraoperative frozen sections in all the cases Mastectomy was performed in 4 cases and breast preservation in the others.Conclusion As the developing and popularizing of modern diagnostic techniques,the diagnostic level will be improved greatly.Breast preservation is the tendency for breast CIS .Post-operative adjuvant therapy is not necessary. |
