| 摘 要： | 应用阴离子交换色谱和凝胶过滤色谱,从尖吻蝮蛇毒中分离出一个新的抗凝血因子.经Superdex 75 HR 10/30预装柱检测,纯度达99.9%.SDS-PAGE检测为单一条带,相对分子量52.2k.该因子有显著的抗凝血活性,延长白陶土部分激血活酶时间的临界浓度为0.2mg/ml,无纤溶活性、磷脂酶A2活性和出血活性.

| Abstract: | A novel anticoagulant factor (ACF) was isolated in 99.9% purity from the venom of Agkistrodon acutusby anion-exchange chromatography and gel filtration. SDS-PAGE demonstrated that ACF had a single band with Mr of52.2k. It had remarkable anticoagulant activity with the critical concentration of 0.2 mg/ml to prolong kaolin partial thrombo-plastin time. No fibrinolytic activity, phospholipase A2 activity and haemorrhagic activity were found. |
