| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输入性恶性疟的特征及防治措施。方法对江苏省14例输入性恶性疟病例的疫情报告、个案调查资料进行回顾性分析。结果14例输入性恶性疟患者均为境外输入，有明确的疫区生活史，部分患者临床症状不典型。结论加强流动人口的流行病学监测、提高流动人员对疟疾的自我防护意识和提高临床医技人员的疟痰诊疗水平等综合性措施有助于输入性恶性疟的防治。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the characteristics of imported P. falciparium malaria and control measures. Methods The data of 14 imported p. falciparium malaia cases in Jiangsu Province in 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results all of 14 p. faleiparium malaria eases were acquired the infection abroad and returned to Jiangsu Province with obvious life history in Plasmodium falciparum malaria endemic area. The symptoms in some patients were net typical. Conclusion Integrated measures of strength- erring epidemiological surveillance of mobile population, enhancement of their personal protection awareness, upgrade the diagnostic and treatment levels of the medical workers are helpful to the control of imported malaria. |
