摘    要:目的 探讨导流杂交基因芯片法和聚合酶链反应-反向点杂交法检测人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)亚型的差异.方法 随机选取HPV标本50例,分别用导流杂交基因芯片法和聚合酶链反应-反向点杂交法检测HPV亚型,比较检测结果,结果不相符或部分相符的标本采用基因测序方法验证.结果 两种方法检测结果,19例阴性标本和25例阳性标本完全相符...
