摘    要:目的:探讨经静脉阴道超声造影技术对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值。方法对78例子宫内膜病变患者进行经静脉阴道超声造影检查,观察各种子宫内膜病变的灌注时相、灌注方式、增强强度与均度、良恶性病变基底血管显示,并进行分析。结果各种子宫内膜病变在灌注时相、灌注方式具有不同特点,良恶性病变基底血管差异有统计学意义(χ^2=64.164,P =0.000),各种子宫内膜病变增强强度与均度差异无统计学意义(χ^2=3.927,P=0.269)。结论经静脉阴道超声造影技术有助于子宫内膜病变的诊断和鉴别诊断。

Abstract:Objective To study the diagnostic value of vaginal venous contrast echocardiography in differen-tial diagnosis of endometrial disease.Methods Seventy-eight patients with endometrial disease underwent intravenous contrast enhanced ultrasound examination by vaginal.The characteristics in the reperfusion phase,the perfusion,the enhanced strength and uniformity,and the main feeding blood vessels were ob-served.The data was analyzed by statistical methods using SPSS 13.0 version software.Results A variety of endometrial lesions in the reperfusion phase,perfusion,lesion enhancement and uniformity,and the main feeding blood vessels showed 4 respective features had different characteristics,and packet analysis, the main blood supply were obviously different (χ^2 = 64.164,P 〈 0.05),but there was no significant difference of analysis between uniformity and lesion enhancement (χ^2 = 3.927,P 〉0.05).Conclusion In-travenous vaginal contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS)contrast technology will contribute to diagnosis and differential diagnosis in the endometrial lesions.
