2005～2007年我院降糖药应用情况分析

目的：通过对我院降糖药使用情况作出客观评价，以提高我院合理用药的水平。方法：对我院2005～2007年降糖药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）及限定日费用（DDC）等进行统计和分析。结果：3年来我院降糖药销售金额增幅较大，每年以约30%的幅度增加，降糖药销售金额占药品总销售额的比例每年几乎相等，各降糖药销售金额排序前3位分别为罗格列酮片、阿卡波糖片、格列吡嗪控释片，DDDs排序二甲双胍片、罗格列酮片、阿卡波糖片、格列吡嗪控释片列前4位，DDC排序稳定。结论：我院降糖药的使用比较规范，但胰岛素类药品使用量太小，不同药理作用的降糖药备用种类太少，不利于临床医生对药品的选择。

Analysis of Hypoglycemic Agents Used in Our Hospital During 2005 - 2007

OBJECTIVE： To conduct an objective evaluation on the utilization of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital so as to improve its rational use. METHODS： The consumption sum, DDDs and the defined daily cost （DDC） of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital during 2005 -2007 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumption sum of hypoglycemic agents witnessed an annual increase of about 30% over the three years. The percentage of the consumption sum of hypoglycemic agents among all medicines remained almost the same over the 3 years. The first three hypoglycemic agents in terms of consumption sum were Rosiglitazone tablets, Acarbose tablets and Glipizide controlled-release tablets. The top four hypoglycemic agents in terms of DDDs were Metformin tablets, Rosiglitazone tablets, Acarbose tablets and Glipizide controlled-release tablets. DDC sequence was stable. CONCLUSION： The use of hypoglycemic agents in our Hospital is rational on the whole, but the use of insulin was on the low side and there were only a few types of hypoglycemic agents of different pharmacologic action for choice.
