单用白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗哮喘疗效观察

目的观察白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特单独治疗哮喘的疗效。方法对63例哮喘患者进行肺功能检查（测定FEV1%）并进行哮喘症状评分。予孟鲁司特口服，疗程4周，观察期间禁用除β2受体激动剂之外的任何药物。治疗结束后测定平均症状积分、FEV1%。结果抗白三烯治疗的敏感患者13例（20.64%），中敏者32例（50.79%），不敏感者18例（28.57%）。有效组、好转组治疗前后平均症状积分、FEV1%比较，差异均有统计学意义；无效组病例中，差异无统计学意义。结论白三烯受体拮抗剂作为一种新型哮喘治疗药物，可改善肺功能，在轻中度哮喘患者的临床应用中取得了较好的效果。

Curative effects of ICI-204,209 on asthma

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of ICI-204,209 montelukast on asthma. Methods All the 63 patients were given lung function test and graded the symptoms of asthma before treatment. Patients took montelukast orally for four weeks, and any drug was prohibited besidesβ2 receptor agonist during the course of treatment. The lung function and average symptom integral were evaluated again after therapeutic session. Results A high sensitive effect for anti-leukotriene therapy was achieved in 13 patients, moderate sensitive in 32 cases, insensitive in 18 cases. There were significant differences in the lung function and average symptom integral between effective and ineffective patients. Conclusion ICI-204,209 is a new type of asthma-curative medicine. It can improve lung function and get a good therapeutic effect on mild and moderate asthmas
