| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨炎性细胞因子IL—6、IL—8在2型糖尿病发病机制中的意义。方法 用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测27例2型糖尿病患者及23例正常人血清IL—6、IL—8浓度。结果 2型糖尿病患者血清IL—6、IL—8水平均明显高于正常人（P＜0．01)。结论 患者体内高水平的IL—6、IL—8可能参与糖尿病的免疫病理损伤，两者相互作用，促进2型糖尿病进展。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of IL|6, IL|8 in pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods The serum levels of IL|6 and IL|8 were measured by ELISA in 27 patients with type 2 DM and 23 normal controls(NC). Results The serum levels of IL|6 and IL|8 in DM were much higher than those in NC ($P$<0.01). Conclusion High levels of IL|6 and IL|8 may be involved in the immunopathologic injury of type 2 DM, and the interaction of these two cytokines promotes the progress of type 2 DM. |
