肺心宁治疗73例慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺动脉高压

目的探讨肺心宁对慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺动脉高压的作用。方法将73例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺动脉高压气虚血瘀证患者随机分为肺心宁治疗组34例和欣然片(硝苯地平控释片)对照组39例。观察治疗前后的肺动脉收缩压(PASP)、肺功能、血液流变学的变化。结果肺心宁方能在一定程度上降低肺动脉压,改善肺功能,降低血液黏稠度,疗效优于对照组。结论以温阳活血立论的肺心宁方对COPD肺动脉高压疗效确切。

"Feixinning Decoction" for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of "Feixinning Decoction" in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH) of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods Seventy-three subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases by "Feixinning Decoction")and control group(39 cases by Nifedipine); the pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP), pulmonary function, hemorheology indexes were observed in the two groups. Results The pulmonary function of treatment group was improved significantly (P < 0.05); PASP and blood viscidity were also reduced significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion "Feixinning Decoction" acting to warm yang and promote blood circulation is quite effective for PAH of COPD.
