摘    要:目的研究自体骨髓干细胞(MSCs)移植对合并心力衰竭的冠心病心梗患者近期心功能的影响及其安全性评价。方法2004年6月~2005年6月,收治EF<50%的冠心病心梗患者23例,其中7例通过介入法经冠脉移植MSCs,16例仅行常规治疗。术后通过心脏超声以及核素显像方法全面评价心功能。结果2组患者均健康存活。实验组MSCs移植后2周起EF及CO显著提高,第6周最为明显;SPECT显示心肌梗死面积(MI)2周起明显缩小,第6周最为明显,第8周与第6周相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论MSCs移植应用于冠心病心梗患者能减小患者的心肌梗死面积,提高患者的心功能。MSCs移植有望为心衰患者的治疗提供1种新方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of MSCs transplantation on late heart function in patients with heart failure.Methods From June 2004 to June 2005,we divided 23 patients with acute myocardial infarction into two groups at random.7 patients in group A1 received MSCs transplantation,while 16 patients in group A2 were only treated in the traditional way.Ejection fraction(EF) and cardiac output(CO) were evaluated by UCG,and the square of myocardial infarction(MI) was calculated by SPECT.Results In comparison with A2 group,A1 group had an obvious improvement in heart function and in the square of MI after MSCs transplantation(P<0.01),and in 6 weeks,this effect was more significant.Conclusion MSCs transplantation can improve the late heart function of patients with heart failure,and may be a new way for treating heart disease in the advanced stage.
