常州市肝炎患者中TTV感染状况调查

目的：了解常州市肝炎患者中TTV的感染状况。方法：随机选取常州市第三人民医院2005年1月～2007年5月住院的350例患者进行调查，并采用巢式聚合酶链反应方法检测血清TTV DNA。结果：本市350例肝炎患者TTV DNA的阳性率为19．4％，其中17例甲型肝炎患者中TTV DNA阳性率为5．9％，205例乙型肝炎患者中TTV DNA阳性率为20．5％，39例丙型肝炎患者中TTV DNA阳性率为5．1％．19例戊型肝炎患者中TTV DNA阳性率为0％，70例不明原因肝炎患者中TTV DNA阳性率为32．9％。结论：本市肝炎患者中存在水平不等的TTV感染，其中乙型肝炎和不明原因肝炎患者为TTV感染的高危人群。

Survey of TTV Infection in Patients with Hepatitis in the city of Changzhou

Objective： To investigate the status of TTV infection in patients with hepatitis in the city of Changzhou. Methods： 350 hospitalized patients at the Third People＇s Hospital of Changzhou from January 2005 to May 2007 were randomly selected, with serum TTV DNA detected by using nested polymerase chain reaction. Results： The TTV DNA positive rate of all the 350 cases of hepatitis was 19.4 percent, of which 17 patients with hepatitis A with a TTV DNA positive rate of 5.9 percent, 205 cases of hepatitis B with a positive rate of 20.5%, 39 cases of hepatitis C with a positive rate of 5.1%, 19 cases of hepatitis E with a positive rate of 0%, and 70 cases of unidentified hepatitis with a positive rate of 32.9%. Conclusion： Patients with hepatitis in our city are with variant levels of serum TTV DNA, and patients with hepatitis B or unidentified hepatitis are high-risk groups of TTV infection.
