皮质下动脉硬化性脑病患者的日常生活能力及相关因素分析

目的 探讨皮质下动脉硬化性脑病（Binswanger Disease,BD)患者的日常生活能力及相关因素，为临床诊断提供依据。方法 对90例BD患者和90例健康老人进行日常生活能力量表（ADL）评定，同时对BD患者进行日常生活能力相关因素分析。结果 与健康老人比较，轻度BD患者主要表现为工具性日常生活能力（IADL）减退，中度BD患者出现明显的躯体生活能力（PSM）减退，重度BD患者IADL和PSM均严重减退，且随病情发展而加重。BD的日常生活能力减退与年龄、病程、认知功能障碍程度、神经功能缺损程度呈正相关。结论 不同程度的BD患者其日常生活能力减退各具特点，这些特点对BD的诊断的重要价值。

Activities of daily living and its relevant factors in Binswanger disesse

Objective To investigate activities of daily living(ADL) and its relevant factors in Binswanger disease(BD),and provide clinical diagnosis for bases.Method 90 patients with BD and 90 healthy elderly people, had been tested with Activity of Daily living Scale and investigated the relevant factors of ADL in BD.Results Compared with healthy elderly people, the decline of ADL in BD was increased with severity. Instrument ADL (IADL) declined obviously in mild AD,physical self maintenance (PSM) began to decline obviously in moderate BD,both IADL and PSM declined seriously in severe BD.The decline of ADL in BD was positively related to age,duration of disease,degree of cognitive function impairment and neurologic deficit. Conclusion Patients with BD of various severity showed its own character of declining ADL.ADL will much more contribute to diagnosis of BD.
