气态二氧化氯消毒剂急性吸入毒性研究

目的了解气态二氧化氯消毒剂的急性吸入毒性,为亚急性毒性试验提供依据。方法采用寇氏法,在静式染毒柜内进行了动物急性吸入毒性试验。结果经二氧化氯气态消毒剂染毒后,604.9 mg/m3和430.1 mg/m3剂量组部分试验动物染毒后1 h死亡,305.8 mg/m3和217.5mg/m3剂量组部分试验动物染毒后48 h死亡,解剖死亡动物可见肺部充血;154.6 mg/m3剂量组试验动物未出现死亡。存活试验动物染毒一周后恢复正常体态。二氧化氯气态消毒剂对大鼠急性吸入毒性LC50值为415.7 mg/m3。结论该二氧化氯气态消毒剂对呼吸系统有较强刺激作用,属于中等毒性,日常使用要做好防护,避免直接吸入。

STUDY ON ACUTE INHALATION TOXICITY OF GASEOUS CHLORINE DIOXIDE DISINFECTANT

Objective To observe the acute inhalation toxicity of gaseous chlorine dioxide disinfectant,in order to provide evidence for subacute toxicity test of the gaseous chlorine dioxide disinfectant.Method Korbor method was adopted to carry out the acute inhalation toxicity test in sealed tank.Results Some rats died after exposure to the gaseous chlorine dioxide disinfectant 604.9 mg/m3 and 430.1 mg/m3 in the tank for 1 hour,some rats died after exposure to 305.8 mg/m3 and 217.5 mg/m3 in the tank for 48 hours.Pulmonary hyperemia was found by autopsy of dead rats.None of rats died in 154.6 mg/m3 dosage group.Survived rats recovered after 1 week.Acute inhalation toxicity LC50 was 415.7 mg/m3 for rat.Conclusions The disinfectant has strong irritative effect on respiratory system.Toxicity of this disinfectant belongs to medium grade.Direct inhalation should be avoided and effective protection is necessary during use.
