彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓和动脉血栓栓塞中的应用

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓、下肢动脉栓塞性疾病中的应用.方法:入选本院2004-2006年5月36例患者的40条下肢动、静脉血管病变的二维图像及彩色多普勒血流特点进行观察和分析.结果:36例患者累及40条血管,深静脉血栓36条血管(36/40),占总血管条数90%(髂腘段7条、股段16条、股腘段3条、腘段10条);动脉栓塞4条血管(髂腘段2条、腘段2条),占总血管条数10%(4/40).21条血管行血管造影证实,9条血管手术证实,10条血管与临床追踪的结果相符.结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓、下肢动脉栓塞具有简便、无创、可重复、准确而快速等特点,可作为临床上首选的检查方法.

Application of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Lower Extremities Deep Vein Thrombosis and Artery Embolism Patients

Objective:To explore the application of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in lower extremities deep vein thrombosis and artery embolism.Methods:Both two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound characteristics were observed and analyzed of 40 affected lower extremities arteries and deep veins in 36 patients treated between May 2004 and May 2005.Results: All these vessels comprised 36 with DVT(36/40,90%;7 at the iliaco-popliteal part,16 at the femoral part,3 at the femoral-popliteal part) and 4 with artery embolism(4/40,10%;2 at the iliaco-popliteal part,2 at the popliteal part).Findings in the affected vessels were confirmed by angiography(n=21),surgery(n=9) and clinical follow-ups(n=10).Conclusion:CDFI provides an easy,reproducible,accurate and faster approach for diagnosis of lower extremities DVT and artery embolism,and therefore may be the first-choice diagnostic modality in these patients.
