| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药复方大补阴汤含药血清对人非小细胞性肺癌H460细胞的生长抑制作用。方法：将小鼠随机分为正常组、生理盐水组和大补阴汤组,连续灌胃给药7天后,眼眶取血,分离血清;生物倒置显微镜观察细胞形态变化,MTT法检测大补阴汤含药血清对人非小细胞性肺癌H460细胞的生长抑制作用。结果：大补阴汤作用H460细胞48h和72h以后,可见部分细胞变圆,体积变小,有凋亡小体产生。大补阴汤可时间依赖性抑制H460细胞的生长。结论：中药复方大补阴汤含药血清可以抑制H460细胞的增殖,为进一步探讨其抗肿瘤作用机制提供实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the growth inhibiting effects of Dabuyin decoction serum on H460 cell.Methods: Mice were divided into three groups at random as normal control group,normal saline group and Dabuyin decoction group.All the administration lasted 7 days,after the last administration,blood sample were separated.The morphological changes were observed by biological microscope.Cell viability was measured by MTT method.Result: After administered Dabuyin decoction 48h and 72h,a part of H460 cells turned to round and appeared apoptotic bodies.Dabuyin decoction could inhibit the growth of H460 cell in time-dependent.Conclusion: Dabuyin decoction serum has growth inhibiting effects on H460 cells and it provided experimental evidence for further study on the anti-tumor effect of Dabuyin decoction. |
