| 摘 要： | 目的了解女性生殖系支原体感染及其耐药性现状。方法采用法国梅里埃IST试剂盒对455倒女性生殖系炎症患者的阴道分泌物进行支原体培养。选取48例支原体阳性标本进行药物敏感性试验。结果34．95％的患者培养结果为阳性（159／455），其中合并其他病原体感染的有48例（30．19％），曾被诊断为淋菌感染的有40例（25．16％）。支原体对6种抗生素耐药率较低的是交沙霉素和普那霉素，耐药率较高的是红霉素。结论支原体是泌尿生殖系炎性疾患的重要病原体，应进行药物敏感性试验并以此为基础选择有效的药物治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status of mycoplasma infection in female reproductive system and its drug resistance.Methods 455 samples (vaginal secretion) were tested by mycoplasma culture and drug sensitive tests.Results It was found that about 35% (159/455) of the samples were positive in the mycoplasma culture.Among them,48 (30.19% ) were accompanied with other pathogen infection,and 40 cases (25.16% ) were infected by gonococcus.Meanwhile they revealed resistance to several antibiotics in different extent.Conclusion Mycoplasma is an important pathogen of infection in urinary and reproductive system.The effective drugs should be selected based on the result of the mycoplasma culture and its drug sensitivity. |
