中心静脉导管腹腔置管放腹水联合新鲜血浆治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水

目的观察中心静脉导管腹腔置管放腹水联合新鲜血浆治疗顽固性肝硬化腹水疗效。方法102例肝硬化顽固性腹水患者，行腹腔置管放腹水，每次1000ml，隔日1次，同时输注新鲜血浆200ml，1次／d。结果患者精神食欲好转，腹围明显缩小，腹胀症状减轻或消失，凝血功能及肝肾功能检查各项指标较前好转，复查B超提示腹水减少或消失。结论中心静脉导管腹腔置管放腹水联合新鲜血浆治疗顽固性肝硬化腹水有较好的应用价值。

Abstract] Objective Observe the effects of central venous catheter with Fresh plasma Treatment re- fractory Cirrhosis Ascites. Methods 53 cases of patients with refractory ascites due to cirrhosis, Peritoneal catheter paracentesis, each 1000 ml, every other day, while infusion of fresh plasma 200 ml, day 1. Results Patients spiritual appetite Significantly improved, performances increased urine output, significantly reduced ab- dominal circumference, liver and kidney function tests is indicators better than before, reduction or disappear- ance of ascites by review B-Tip. Conclusion The central venous catheter put in abdominal cavity to release the ascites associate with fresh plasma as a prospective therapy tools for refractory ascites has good application.
