| 摘 要： | 目的：观察活血清热方对糖尿病大鼠的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、红细胞中葡萄糖转运蛋白1的影响.方法：65mg/kg链脲佐菌素腹腔注射建立糖尿病大鼠模型,活血清热方灌胃16周,氧化酶法检测大鼠血糖,免疫抑制比浊法测定糖化血红蛋白,western法检测红细胞中葡萄糖转运蛋白1含量.结果：模型组大鼠比正常组大鼠空腹血糖显著升高（P＜0.05）,糖化血红蛋白HbA1c显著升高（P＜0.05）,红细胞中葡萄糖转运蛋白1含量升高;活血清热方大鼠与模型组大鼠空腹血糖无显著差异（P＞0.05）,糖化血红蛋白HbA1c显著降低（P＜0.05）,红细胞中葡萄糖转运蛋白1含量下降.结论：活血清热方可能通过降低糖尿病大鼠红细胞中葡萄糖转运蛋白1,从而降低糖化血红蛋白. |
