前S1蛋白在乙型肝炎的诊断和治疗中价值探讨

目的通过几种模式的乙型肝炎患者的前S1蛋白及HBV-NDA的情况分析,了解前S1蛋白对乙肝的诊断和预后的价值。方法收集几种不同HBVM模式的乙肝患者共201例,检测其前S1蛋白及HBV-DAN。结果HBsAg( )、HBeAg( )、HBcAb( )患者共87例,前S1和HBV-DNA的阳性率分别是87.4%和94.2%。HBsAg( )、HBeAg( )患者共11例,前S1和HBV-DNA阳性率均为81.8%,这两组患者存在着病毒复制。HBsAg( )、抗-HBe( )、抗-HBc( )患者85例,前S1和HBV-DNA的阳性率分别为35.3%和40%。HBsAg( )、抗-HBe患者18例,前S1和HBV-DNA阳性率分别为33.3%和44.4%。结论前S1蛋白与HBV-DNA的阳性率较为一致,在作为HBV病毒复制指标方面比HBeAg能更敏感。

Diagnostic and Prognostic Values of Pre-S1 Protein in Hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic values of the pre-S1 protein in Hepatitis B by analyzing the patterns of the pre-S1 protein and HBV-DNA in hepatitis B patients. Methods Samples from 201 hepatitis B patients were collected for the analysis of their pre-S1 protein and HBV-DNA. Results There were 87 patients with HBsAg( )?HBeAg( )?HBcAb( ), the positive identification of pre-S1 protein and HBV-DNA's in these patient was 87.4% and 94.2%, respectively. For another 11 patients with HBsAg( )?HBeAg( ), the positive identification of pre-S1 protein and HBV-DNA's was 81.8%. Virus replication was seen in these 2 groups of patients. Among the 85 patients with HBsAg( )?Anti-HBeAg( )and Anti-HBcAg( ),the positive identification of pre-S1 protein and HBV-DNA's in these patients was 35.3% and 40%,respectively. Conclusion There was a good correlation between the detection of pre-S1 protein and HBV-DNA.The pre-S1 protein may be used as a diagnostic marker for HBV.
