| 摘 要： | 目的：观察沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德悬液雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管肺炎患儿的临床护理疗效。方法：75例喘息性支气管肺炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组35例,给予抗感染、止咳、化痰等常规治疗与护理;观察组40例在此基础上给予沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德悬液雾化吸入治疗,并进行综合护理措施,观察临床护理疗效。结果：两组患儿有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,通过有针对性的护理,未见不良反应和并发症。结论：沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德悬液雾化吸入治疗结合临床综合护理可有效缓解喘息性支气管肺炎的发作。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effects of treatment of asthematoid bronchopneumonia with atomization inhalation of salbutamol and budesonide suspension.Method Total 75 asthematoid bronchopneumonia patients were divided into two groups,35 patients in the control group were treated with regular treatment and nursing,and 40 patients in the observation group treated with atomization inhalation of salbutamol and budesonide suspension,and given nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effects were observed.Results The effective rate between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment with atomization inhalation and nursing intervention, the symptoms of patients were relieved significantly and no adverse reactions and complications were found.Conclusion The insultus of asthematoid bronchopneumonia could be decreased by treatment with atomization inhalation of salbutamol and budesonide suspension and overall nursing intervention. |
