| 摘 要： | 目的：观察三步针罐疗法治疗脊髓型颈椎病的疗效及其对机体氧自由基代谢的影响。方法：治疗120例，并与西药组40例比较，观察其疗效及血液组织中SOD，LPO的变化，结果：前者的总体疗效显著优于药物治疗（P＜05），临床疗效与其改善机体氧自由基紊乱作用相平行。结论：治疗该病有效，其平衡机体自由基紊乱可能是治疗的重要机理之一。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe curativeeffectsofthree stepacup cuppingtherapyoncervicalspondylosis,andeffect onthemetabolismofoxygenfreeradicals.Methods Onehundredandtwentypatientsweretreatedwiththree stepacup cuppingtherapy(TSTACgroup)andanother 4 0casesweretreatedwithmedicines(medicinegroup) ,andtheircurative effectsandchangesofbloodSODandLPOwereobserved .Results ThecurativeeffectintheTSTACgroupwassignifi cantlybetterthanthatinthemedicinegroup (P <0 0 5 ) ;andtheclinicalcurativeeffectsvariedwiththeimprovementof oxygenfreeradicalsintheTSTACgroup .Conclusion Three stepacup cuppingtherapyiseffectiveforcervicalspondylo sis,andimprovementofmetabolismofoxgenfreeradicalsispossiblyoneofmechanisms of TSTAC for treatment of cervi cal spondylosis of spinal type . |
