巴戟天中水晶兰苷的提取分离及其含量测定

摘    要:目的提取分离巴戟天茎中的水晶兰苷并测定巴戟天不同部位中水晶兰苷含量。方法巴戟天茎用80%的乙醇提取,石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,正丁醇萃取物上D101大孔树脂富集环烯醚萜类成分,反复常压正相及反相柱层析,分离得水晶兰苷。采用高效液相色谱法测定巴戟天茎、根、叶中水晶兰苷含量。结果从巴戟天茎中分离得到水晶兰苷。水晶兰苷在巴戟天茎、根、叶的含量分别为18.11、12.22及11.03mg·g^-1。结论巴戟天茎中可以分离得到水晶兰苷,含量比巴戟天根和叶高。

Abstract:Objective To extract and isolate monotropein from Morindae officinalis and to determin monotropein in different parts of Morindae officinalis. Methods We extracted Festuca Morindae officinalis with 80% ethanol, and then extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, and n-BuOH in turn. The D101 macroporous resin was applied for the enrichment of iridoid constituents of the n-BuOH extract. The repeated normal phase and reversed phase chromatography was applied in the separation of monotropein. The content of monotropein in Festuca Morindae Officinalis, Morinda Officinalis was determined and Folium Morindae Officinalis was determined by HPLC. Results Monotropein was isolated from Festuca Morindae Officinalis. The content of monotropein in Festuca Morindae Officinalis, Morinda officinalis and FoliumMorindae Officinalis were 18.11, 12.22, and 11.03 mg · g^-1. Conclusion Monotropein can be isolated from Festuca Morindae Officinalis, and the content is higher than that from Morinda Of ficinalis and Folium Morindae Of ficinalis .
