大鼠心内神经节雄激素受体和神经生长因子的共存

摘    要:目的:研究雄激素受体(AR)N神经生长因子(NGF)的表达,证实它们在心内神经节共存的可能性。方法:免疫细胞化学双重标记技术。结果:切片上观察到3种细胞:(1)AN单标细胞,胞核呈棕褐色;(2)NGF单标细胞,胞浆呈红色;(3)AR/NGF双标细胞,胞核棕褐色,胞浆为红色。双标细胞占全部阳性标记细胞的50%~60%。结论:AR和NGF可共存于同一大鼠心内神经节细胞,提示雄激素和NGF在维持心内神经节的结构和功能方面存在复杂的交互作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of androgen receptor (AR)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of rats and to identify the possibility of coexistence of them in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia. Methods: The double labeling immunocytochemical staining technique was used. Results: There were 3 immunoreactive(ir) labeled neurons in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia.The AR ir production showed brown in color,located in the nucleus;the NGF ir production showed red in color,located in the cytoplasm;there were AR/NGF double labeled cells in same section,which accounted for about 50% 60% of the total single and double labeled neurons. Conclusion: AR and NGF can coexist in same rat intrinsic cardiac ganglia,suggesting that there may be complex interactions between androgen and neurotrophic factors in maintaining intrinsic cardiac ganglia neuronal structure and function.
