| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性乙型病毒性肝炎（chronic viral hepatitisB）（慢乙肝）患者血清锰超氧化物歧化酶（manganese superoxide dismutase,MnSOD）和硝基酪氨酸（nitrotyrosine,NT）水平的变化。方法选择慢乙肝患者40例,健康对照组20例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清NT水平,黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测血清MnSOD水平。结果慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者与对照组相比,NT浓度升高,MnSOD浓度降低（P〈0.05）。差异有统计学意义。结论慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者存在NT、MnSOD水平的变化,说明慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者体内存在氧化抗氧化反应,有氧化应激的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the changes of serum manganese superoxide dismutase （MnSOD） and serum nitrotyrosine （NT） in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods]40 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B and 20 health subjects were selected. The serum NT level was tested by ELISA,and the serum MnSOD level was tested by Xanthinoxidase method.Results]Compared with the control group,the NT level of the chronic viral hepatitis B group increased,the MnSOD level decreased,and the differences were significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion]The changes of NT and MnSOD level in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B indicated there existed oxidation-antioxidation response and oxidative stress in patients. |
