癌基因c-erbB-2蛋白在肝细胞癌中的表达

目的：探讨癌基因ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２在肝细胞癌癌变过程中的作用。方法：用免疫组化检测５例正常肝、３３例癌旁肝、３５例肝细胞癌细胞中ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白表达。结果：①６８例癌旁肝和肝癌组织中部分病例检测到ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白；②癌旁小细胞性肝细胞非典型增生（ＳＬＣＤ），癌旁肝硬化，分化较好肝癌，分化较差肝癌ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白阳性率分别为１００％，８１．８２％，４５．４５％，２９．１７％，即癌旁组明显高

Immunohistochemical Study of c-erbB-2 Protein in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective:To explore the function of oncogene c-erbB-2 in the carcinogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of c-erbB-2 protein in 5 cases of normal liver tissue, 35 cases of HCC and 33 tissues adjacent to HCC. Results: ①C-erbB-2 protein could be detected both in the HCC adjacent tissue and HCC tissue, but normal liver tissue was negative. ②The positivity rate of c-erbB-2 protein in small liver cell dysplasia (SLCD) adjacent to the cancer tissue, liver cirrhosis adjacent to cancer tissue, well differentiated HCC and poorly differentiated HCC are 100%, 81.82%, 45.45% and 29.17% respectively. Statistics showed the positivity rate of c-erbB-2 in adjacent liver tissue was higher than that of in HCC. ③C-erbB-2 protein existed in the cytoplasm and membrane, of SLCD cells, hepatocytes of cirrhosis, oval cells, bile duct cells and HCC cells. Conclusion: Oncogene c-erbB-2 might work in the carcinogenesis of HCC in the early stage, and the bile duct, oval cells and SLCD cells might play the key role in the process of carcinogenesis.
