UF-100尿沉渣检测仪检测沙眼衣原体体外抗菌药物的敏感性

摘    要:目的:研究UF-100尿沉渣全自动检测仪检测4种抗菌药物在体外抗沙眼衣原体的活性。方法:选取了12份沙眼衣原体阳性的临床标本,并加入4种不同浓度的抗菌药物,检测其IC50值。结果:该方法测得多西环素、米诺环素、阿奇霉素、左氧氟沙星的IC50值分别是0.03mg/L、0.043mg/L、0.22mg/L、0.27mg/L,多西环素和米诺环素为一组,阿奇霉素和左氧氟沙星为一组,每组分4种浓度,各组间、组内比较(n=12,P<0.01),具有极显著性差异。结论:该方法快速、客观、精确多参数、可重复性好,值得临床进一步推广、应用。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the susceptibility of antichlamydial antibiotics in vitro with UF-100 urine sediment flow cytometer. Methods: Twelve positive strains from clinical specimens were selected, and IC50 of four antibiotics was tested by UF-100 urine sediment flow cytometer to evaluate the antichlamydial activity of the drugs in vitro. Results: IC50 values of minocycline, doxycycline, azithromycin, levofloxacin were 0.03 mg/L, 0.043 mg/L, 0.22 mg/L and 0.27 mg/L, respectively. Four antibiotics were divided into two groups -doxycyline and minocycline, azithromycin and levofloxacin, each group including 4 concentrations. There were significant intergroup and each group's intramural differences(n=12,P<0.01). Conclusion: UF-100 urine sediment flow cytometer is rapid, objective, accurate, multi-parameters and reproducible. It can be used in clinic setting.
