头孢拉定生产中的废溶媒的回收

摘    要:头孢拉定生产中的废液组分为 DMF、二氯甲烷、特戊酸、乙酰乙酸甲酯和高沸点固体杂质 ,其中DMF、特戊酸、乙酰乙酸甲酯的经济价值均极高。目前尚未见到将这几种溶媒全部分离回收的报道。本文对溶媒回收进行了初步研究 ,通过软件模拟和实验相结合 ,在小试过程中运用了常压精馏、减压精馏、加碱反应、加酸还原、结晶、水洗、真空抽滤等分离过程 ,得到合乎纯度要求的二氯甲烷、DMF、特戊酸、乙酰乙酸甲酯产品。

Abstract:Several of costly solvents and chemicals such as DMF,dichloromethane,methyl acetoacetate,pivalic acid etc. left in waste liquid during the cephradine manufacturing process. A multi-stage unit operations was proposed by the aid of analog calculation combined with experimental conditions. Results showed that all of the solvents and chemicals were recovered with purities complied with the specific requirements to be used as materials of cephradine production.
