一次性输液器对替硝唑注射液吸附的研究

摘    要:目的:研究一次性输液器对替硝唑注射液的吸附情况。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定流经一次性输液器替硝唑试液的浓度。结果:一次性输液器在4h内对替硝唑注射液无吸附作用(P〉0.05)。结论:在4h内,可以用一次性输液器连续滴注替硝唑注射液。

Abstract:Objective:To study the adsorbability of disposable infusion set on Tinidazole injection.Methods:The contents of Tinidazole which flowed through the disposable infusion set were determined by UV-spectrophotometry.Results:Tinidazole injection was not adsorbed by the disposable infusion set within 4 hours(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tinidazole injection may be constantly infused by the disposable infusion set within 4 hours.
