| 摘 要： | 目的了解潍坊市乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗纳入儿童计划免疫后,医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种情况。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法,对5 921名新生儿进行调查。结果医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种率、及时接种率分别为98.14%、97.10%,母亲HBsAg阳性率1.30%。结论潍坊市医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种工作开展较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate HB vaccination rate of the first dose for newborns in maternity ward after HB vaccine was brought into EPI in Weifang.Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was applied,To 5921,the newborn baby makes an investigation.Results The vaccination rate and timely vaccination rate of the first dose of HB vaccine for newborns reached 98.14% and 97.10% respectivey.The positive of HbsAg were 1.30% among mothers.Conclusion The vaccination of the first dose of HB vaccine for newborn is well carried out in obstetrical department in.Weifang timely vaccinutiation rat of |
