长期住院老年患者病室内的空气监测及消毒方法探讨

作者对长期住院老年患者的病室进行了空气监测和消毒方法的临床实验观察。结果表明，对于老年人所在的病室进行空气消毒是十分必要的。通过实验证明，自然通风是降低病房细菌密度的简便易行的方法。采取紫外线照射和中药喷雾消毒均有消毒效果，经比较两者消毒效果差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。中药喷雾消毒是更适宜老年患者病室消毒的方法。它安全可靠，可避免紫外线照射的缺点，使用简单方便，在消毒空气的同时，也湿化了空气。

Study on the air monitoring and method of air Sterilization of long-term senile patients wards

The air culture was monitored in the wards for aged long-term inpatents and the air sterilizing method was evaluated. The study showed that the natural ventilation was the most practical procedure to reduce the number of bacteria in the air of the wards. The use of Chinese herbal medicine prenaration to eradicate the bacteria in the air by comparison with the ultraviolet light method was proaed to have no sigaificant difference (P>0. 05). The Chinese herbal medicine method was superior to the ultraviolet light in its safly, reliability, easy operation, moisturizing air,and eradicating the side effect of the ultraviolet light. So it is especially suitable to the wards for aged inpatent.
