摘    要:目的 星点设计-效应面法优化川西獐牙菜的提取工艺.方法 以乙醇体积分数、提取时间、溶媒比为自变量,龙胆苦苷收率和浸膏得率为因变量,通过对自变量各水平的多元线性回归及二项式拟合,用效应面法选取较佳工艺,并进行预测分析.结果 确定最优提取工艺为86%乙醇12.4倍量回流提取3次,每次63 min.结论 星点设计-效应面法优选的川西獐牙菜提取工艺,方法简便,精度更高.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extracting process for Swertia mussotii by central composite design/response surface method.Methods Independent variables were ethanol concentration,reflux time,and solvent ratio,dependent variables were extracting rate of gentipicroside and extract.Central composite design and response surface method were used to optimize the extracting process,A two-order polynomial equation was fitted to the data and resultant model was used to predict the response in the optimal region.Results Analysis indicated the optimum conditions were 86% ethanol,63 min for once reflux, 12.4-fold solvent and 3 times for extraction.Conclusion It shows that the optimum precess is simple and more convenient for extracting S.mussori,with an higher precision.
