缩短留置尿管时间对剖宫产术后产妇的影响

目的探讨缩短留置尿管时间对剖宫产术后产妇的影响。方法按剖宫产先后次序将300例产妇分为观察组和对照组,每组各150例,观察组产妇术后10～20h拔除尿管,对照组产妇24～48h拔除尿管。比较两组产妇承担母亲角色、自行排尿、泌乳等方面的差异。结果实验组产妇承担母亲角色、自行排尿、泌乳等方面优于对照组产妇,两组比较,均P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论缩短剖宫产术后留置尿管时间能够使产妇更好地承担母亲的角色,有利于母婴的身心健康。

Effect of shortened time for detained catheter on post-caserean section parturients

Objective To investigate the effect of shortened time for detained catheter on post-caserean section（CS）parturients.Methods Three hundred parturients were equally divided into the observation group and the control group according to their registration sequence：the former had their catheter withdrawn 10-20 hours after cesarean section and the control did 24-48 hours after cesarean section.The two groups were compared in terms of taking the role of a mother,voluntary micturation and anal passage of gas.Results The experiment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of taking the role of a mother,voluntary micturation and anal passage of gas（all P 0.05.Conclusion Shortened time for detained catheter after caserean section may help the post-CS parturients to take the role of mother,which is beneficial for the physical and mental health of both mothers and their babies.
