两种不同清洁灌肠法的效果比较

目的探讨传统清洁灌肠法和改良清洁灌肠法的效果。方法采用单盲法将180例需行清洁灌肠的患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各90例。对照组采用传统清洁灌肠方法,实验组采用改良清洁灌肠方法。比较两组患者灌肠效果,灌肠总次数及不良反应发生的差异。结果实验组患者灌肠效果优于对照组,清洁灌肠次数和不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较,均P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论改良清洁灌肠法能有效地提高清洁灌肠质量,使患者更安全、舒适。

Comparisons of clinical effects of two cleaning enemas

Objective To study the clinical effects of the traditional cleaning enema and the improved enema.Methods One hundred and eighty patients undergoing cleaning enema were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group in equal number.The two groups were compared in terms of the effects,time of cleaning enema and adverse reactions.Results The experiment group was better than the control group concerning enema effects（P 0.05）.The times of cleaning enema and the incidence of adverse reaction in the experiment group were fewer than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The improved cleaning enema could efficiently raise the cleaning enema effect so that the patient feel safer and more comfortable.
