基于J2EE的临床路径信息系统设计与实现

根据卫生部提出的临床路径的试点要求，结合医院信息化建设的实际情况，提出在基于J2EE架构的临床信息系统基础上，实现信息化的临床路径平台，并在该平台上实现医嘱、诊疗项目、医疗护理电子病历等单病种临床路径的管理实施；实现科室根据情况对单病种标准临床路径进行数据维护和完善；实现职能部门对临床路径实施情况的统计分析和效果评估；并阐述了该系统的研究背景、技术架构、系统的设计与实现以及临床路径平台与HIS、电子病历等系统的集成。

Design and Realization of Clinical Pathway Information System Based on J2EE

In accordance with the requirements of clinical pathway experiments suggested by Ministry ot Healtn, combining the actual situation of hospital information construction, this idea which is based on the clinical information system of J2EE frame is put proposed to carry out informatiation clinical pathway platform. Through this platform, the management and implementation of single disease clinical pathway of medical advice, diagnosis items, medical care electronic medical record are realized. Administrative offices can make Data maintenance and complement for single disease standard clinical pathway accordingly. Functional departments can make statistic analysis and effect evaluation for the implementation situation of clinical pathway. This article is about the design and realization of the system, the research background, technical construction of the system and the assembly of clinical pathway and systems including HIS, electronic medical record.
