| 摘 要： | 研究安一，大鼠乙酸胃溃疡模型复制后的１、３、６小时，ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－Ｐ活性逐渐降低，而在１２、２８、１２０小时随时间而逐渐升高，且在１２０小时ＳＤＯ、ＧＳＨ－Ｐ的活性恢复到实验前水平。上述结果提示：ＳＤＯ、ＧＳＨ－Ｐ在抗大鼠乙酸胃溃疡中有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | According to our study, after the rat acetic - acid gastric ulcer model was constructed for 1,3 and 6 hours, the activities of SOD(super oxide dismutase) and GSH u P(glutathione peroxidase) decreasedgradually, but increased gradually for l2, 48 and 120 hours, and recovered to the level before the experimentafter 120 hours (compared with the control group, P < 0. 01 ). The resuts suggested that SOD and GSH - Pmaybe play an important role in resisting the rat acetic - acid gastric ulcer. |
