| Abstract: | To analyze how to apply the concept of Zero Deficiency to manage the quality of medical records and improve the medical quality as well from an analysis of a medical lawsuit.When it came to the result,medical constitution could reduce medical disputes and improve medical quality quickly and effectively by applying the concept of Zero Deficiency. |
