驻京部队新兵心理健康状况分析

目的了解驻京部队新人伍战士的心理健康状况。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取驻京入伍新兵858人，采用SCL-90精神症状自测量表对其进行测量，并与军人常模和新兵常模进行比较。结果调查对象SCL-90的各因子得分均显著低于军人常模和新兵常模（P〈0．01），女军人SCL-90的各因子得分均显著低于男军人（P〈0．01），检出率较高的心理问题主要为人际关系敏感（1.17％）和强迫症状（1．05％）。结论驻京部队新兵的心理健康水平较高，女兵表现出较多的心理问题，提示应加强女兵的心理健康教育。

Analysis of the mental health status among the new recruits in Beijing city

Objective To investigate the mental health status of new recruits in Beijing City. Methods 858 new recruits selected by group sampling was tested SCL - 90. The scores of the scale factors of the subjects were compared with the norm of army and new recruits respectively. Results All of the scores of all factors of the subjects were significantly lower than those of norm of army and new recruits （P〈0.01）. All of the scores of all factors of the female soldiers were significantly lower than those of male. The most common mental problems of the new recruits were interpersonal relationship sensitivity （ 1.17 % ） and obsessive-compulsive symptoms （ 1.05 % ） . Conclusion The mental health status of the new recruits in Beijing City was good. Female soldiers had more mental problems than male soldiers. Thus it is necessary to conduct health education among female soldier.
